  1. Bookings and Payments. a. All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. b. Full payment is required at the time of departure. We accept payment by bank transfer (Wise bank). c. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your tour, including departure time and location, hotel information, and itinerary.
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy a. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our email address provided on our website. b. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation and the type of tour booked. Please refer to our website for our cancellation policy. c. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  3. Changes and Amendments a. We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control. b. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes or amendments as soon as possible. c. If we are unable to provide the tour as advertised due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative tour of similar value or provide a full refund.
  4. Liability a. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act or omission by any third party, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides. b. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour. c. We recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Health and Safety a. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and able to participate in the tour activities. b. We reserve the right to refuse participation in any tour activity if we believe that it may be detrimental to your health and safety or that of others. c. We will make every effort to ensure that all tour activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
  6. Conduct a. We expect all customers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards our staff, other customers, and the local community. b. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior or who poses a threat to the safety or well-being of others. c. Any damage to property caused by a customer will be the responsibility of that customer, and they will be required to pay for any repairs or replacement costs.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. b. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. c. Any legal action must be taken within one year of the date of the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the start of the tour will result in a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the start of the tour will result in a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the start of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will not include any non-refundable fees, such as processing or administrative fees.
